Bucharest Support Group Leader

Coaching Support Groups are available in a town or city near you to provide coaching support for local communities throughout the UK. These are interactive sessions which take place once a month and are free for all to participate. These meetings are for everyone whether you are a coach or student coach, whether you are interested in coaching or whether you think that you could benefit from a free coaching session, come along because we would love to meet you.

At these monthly meetings there will be talks delivered on aspects of coaching, the chance to debate about current issues and the opportunity for people to experience free coaching sessions. Students are given the chance to practice their coaching techniques and form study groups, members of the community interested in coaching will be able to have all their questions answered and coaches have the chance to network with likeminded people and expand their client base.

Raluca is one of the first transition coaches in Romania, as the major areas she saw significant results in her clients’ lives are related to life and career transitions. Raluca represents European Coaching Institute (the leading European coaching association) in Romania.

Raluca has 10 years of professional experience in human resources, both in consulting and corporate world. Now, Raluca is responsible for managing international projects on training and coaching for her major client, Wrigley Balkan East. Previously, Raluca worked for a few years as HR Project Manager in SAB Miller on various performance management, internal communication and outplacement assignments.

She holds a MBA (Master of Business Adminsitration) awarded by Case Western Reserve University, Ohio.”

Alexandru Frumosu -

Biography:
Alexandru totals 23 years of professional experience out of which over 7 years of experience as a Trainer in management, 10 years of experience as a Human Resources Director with international and national companies and 3 years of experience as a Senior Consultant.

For the past two years Alexandru has been focusing on coaching and has been involved in different coaching projects for international companies established in Romania. Alexandru believes that his clients are experts at their life and work, they are creative and resourceful. Alexandru’s coaching experience includes Career Coaching, 360º Feedback and Business Coaching.

Amalia Savinescu -

Biography:
Understanding people and helping them to understand themselves is my passion. Years back, my intuition told me that each person is a Univers full of resources, beauty and mistery. To reach mine, I went on a long and profound personal journey, spending 800 hours with MY SELF, with the help of a great psychoanalyst. That deep and consistent experience gave me the chance to get in touch with my bright sides and my dark ones, to embrace and integrate emotions, fears and hopes.
And it allowed me to learn how to proudly travel by my own...

I have visited many countries and experienced various jobs: actress, psychologist, HR Manager, trainer, consultant, coach.

Daniela Andreescu -

Biography:
As a coach, Daniela trained with Alain Cardon, MCC-ICF (Coaching Fundamentals and Metacoach Supervision cycles offered by Metasysteme) and is currently preparing for accreditation with the International Coach Federation.

She has also attended numerous personal development and human relations trainings and followed a three-year course in relational communication in the ESPERE method, under the guidance of Aleth Naquet, president of the ESPERE Institute, France.

After having worked for 30 years with the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Bucharest, in 2007 Daniela founded Art of Change www.artofchange.ro with the intention to share the experience of going through the process of personal transformation and to accompany those who are ready and willing to realize their potential.

Biography:
Magda graduated Coaching Fundamentals, a ACSTH programme held by Alain Cardon, MCC ICF, and she accomplish a coaching supervision programme - over 80 hours; an accreditation with the International Coaching Federation is in progress.
She holds a Professional Certificate in Management with CODECS; a Professional Certification in Excellence in training with Coaching Institute (NLP, Transactional Analysis, Experiential Communication), a post-graduate Diploma in Advertising, and a degree in Electronics. Last year - Human Synergistics accreditation programme.

Magda has 15 years of business experience – new business development, management and marketing -, over three years in training and nearly two years in coaching.
