Coaching Support Groups are available in a town or city near you to provide coaching support for local communities throughout the UK. These are interactive sessions which take place once a month and are free for all to participate. These meetings are for everyone whether you are a coach or student coach, whether you are interested in coaching or whether you think that you could benefit from a free coaching session, come along because we would love to meet you.
At these monthly meetings there will be talks delivered on aspects of coaching, the chance to debate about current issues and the opportunity for people to experience free coaching sessions. Students are given the chance to practice their coaching techniques and form study groups, members of the community interested in coaching will be able to have all their questions answered and coaches have the chance to network with likeminded people and expand their client base.
Noble Manhattan Coaching Ltd are known as the most caring coach training company due to our sensational support structures. Mala has always been interested in personal development and fascinated by what motivates people. She is a dynamic talkative person. She is a good organizer and always eager to assist and share her knowledge.
Mala has grown up in an international business environment and has experience of working with people of various backgrounds and cultures. She recently resigned from a European Financial Institution in London where she spent 14 years so she has first hand experience of both worlds working for and being self-employed.
Whilst working full time, she returned to part time studies and took up a training course in computer software. One of the modules was on "Psychology". Mala became fascinated by the subject and decided to pursue a part-time diploma in Psychology. There was no stopping her now. She then decided to do a Degree in Psychology and graduated in 2003 at Birkbeck College London.
Personal development did not stop here for Mala; she continued and achieved Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practioner qualification (2004) from Paul McKenna, Richard Bandler (the co-creator of NLP in the late 1970s) and Michael Neill. Graduated in Mastery University (2006) with Anthony Robbins in California USA and more recently completed a leadership training (2007) by Institute of leadership and Management (ILM).
RECENT Update: Mala is contiously updating her skills and as of May 2008 Mala is a Licensed NLP Master Practitioner and a Hypnotic Practitioner trained under one of the best team: Paul McKenna, Richard Bandler and John La Valle.
With these qualities in place, Mala has been given the opportunity by Noble Manhattan to be their North London Support Group Leader and more recently appointed as Regional Manager for London and Home Counties.
Mala has pledged to fully support people who are interested in coaching or who need assistance in obtaining a coach. This is a fantastic opportunity for all of you, so come and join us and meet this dynamic person.
