Hi, I’m Roman:), in various ways I work with men and women to help them achieve their goals:)

Professionally, I’m a management consultant and information systems architect. I work on various levels of  international corporation and help in organisation of work across multiple teams. We work together to introduce new processes, improve efficiency or solve complex management challenges, whenever possible in coaching style.

Personally, I pursue my passion of being life coach. I work with coaches, entrepreneurs and corporate employees, to discover their capabilities, narrow their aims and help to bridge the gap between where they are where they want to be.

I have been working in consulting and IT companies for over 20 years. For several years I also ran my own business. In my career I have advised or managed dozens of various investment and transformation initiatives in IT and banking world. Experience I gathered through working in multicultural environment, lets me now to observe variety of human characters and abilities present in every single individual. I’m sensitive to what people do, say or show, striving to understand their values and motivation drivers. I strongly believe that every human has a capability to unleash their potential, if they want so.

I studied Non-Violent Communication and mediation techniques. Since 2017 I develop my coaching skills with Noble Manhattan Coaching.
