SPEAKER
Carolyn Feuille is an international leadership coach and training consultant. Her passion is enabling leaders and professionals to develop the necessary skills to face the complex challenges of conducting business across borders and to engage their culturally diverse employees to excel and collaborate.
As a coach and performance consultant, she brings her expertise in executive and professional development to global high tech firms in Silicon Valley, including Intel, Hewlett-Packard, Satmetrix, JDS Uniphase, and Cadence Design Systems. While working in the U.S. semi-conductor industry at VLSI Technology, Carolyn enabled management to successfully achieve and maintain ISO 9001 certification for U.S., Japanese and European company sites. As training manager at Synopsys, she developed a new-employee assimilation program for global distribution.
Due to her consulting experience in high-tech organizations, she has a deep understanding of fast-paced, results-driven corporate environments and challenges. Clients who work with Carolyn receive objective feedback, discover fresh perspectives, and make measurable, achievable progress to meet their goals. She helps her clients turn knowledge and awareness into practical, effective action.
For the start-up Infinera, Carolyn coached executives in teamwork and collaboration. At LSI Logic, she coached managers in culturally competent leadership for global finance operations. She has also served pharmaceutical clients, such as Lifescan (a division of Johnson & Johnson), for which she co-developed and delivered an award-winning cultural diversity training program for over 250 manufacturing employees.
Carolyn is also a master trainer. She has designed and conducted corporate training courses ranging from coaching skills for managers to multicultural team leadership, to supervisory skills and train-the-trainer. One of her strengths is in conducting cultural orientation and leadership sessions for expatriate managers from around the world for such companies as Ernst & Young, Nokia, Genentech-Roche, and Medtronics. Carolyn has also designed and delivered courses for foreign-born managers and professionals in U.S. firms in career advancement – such as managing up in the organization to gain visibility and project resources.
She is qualified to use several assessments, including FiroB, the Cultural Orientations Indicator, and DISC. Carolyn is co-author of Polarisâ Global Leadership Competency Model and 360° Assessment Survey.
