Mihaela Stancu
I am senior accredited coach, certified by IIC&M, ILM and IANLP and vice-president of the Bucharest Coaching Support Group. I graduated Noble Manhattan Coaching School. I chose to do coaching because I believe in people.
I am an engineer. I got hired in 2005 right after finishing Computer Science. Since then I have been working in a multinational company, one of the founders of Silicon Valley. When I started, I had big dreams built of circuits and formulas, programs, procedures and instructions, and of course servers and computers. After only 6 more month, guided by my manager at that time, I started very shy to look for answers about how can I support the people around me to make things better, to feel themselves better? While I was answering this question, the passion in me was growing, and so the self-trust. I enjoyed every moment of success and challenge in this entire journey. I discovered not just a passion, but a gift, a talent that after 11 years, I understood that is mine.
I started coaching in 2006 learning about people, management, efficiency and effectiveness, playing roles of people and project management. Each role show me how to be authentic in everything I do; it confirmed and re-confirmed that my passion is above the conscious mind and comes from deep inside, and, in order to feel content, I can only surrender.
I graduated later on in 2012 Noble Manhattan coaching school, where I am now acting as a Senior Accredited Coach. It revealed me the power of coaching, the power of will and the great results coaching can bring to people. Later on I continued to learn about coaching in a Romanian NLP school where I got the second coaching certification recognized by IANLP.
My dream now is to assist people I met in their journey so they can find, enrich or confirm their passion, their meaning or their inner light, so they can live happy and content.

Costel Stancu
I am coach because I like to be surrounded by people and I love helping and supporting them. I am certified coach with NLP and I started my personal development journey about 5 years ago. I did it because I felt I needed to do more, and in searching the solution, NLP came as a handy resource. After Practitioner and Master Degree in NLP I decided I want to pass this information to other people, and help them to develop themselves.
Because I interact with a lot of people in my career, coaching proved to be one of the best tools I use to help getting the performances I need, and doing it with a feeling of fulfilment and gratitude.
I work as people manager and this is the best way to help the people in my organization to make their best every day.
