A Brief Profile of Rama Krishna Mandan R K Mandan, Executive Coach, Trainer, and Management Consultant is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur (1970) and IIM Calcutta (1975). He is a PMP and SMC (Agile) credential holder, and a MGSCC certified executive coach. He is currently engaged in coaching, consulting, and training assignments at various prestigious organizations in India.

He has a very rich industry, entrepreneurial, and teaching experience of 50 years. He has worked with large blue-chip companies such as Mahindra and Mahindra and Asian Paints. Mandan’s passion for teaching and guiding others to find their goals in life led him to the teaching profession. He was Dean of ICFAI Business School, Lucknow, and he has been a visiting faculty at Kanpur University, and IIT Kanpur. He has also been guiding management students as a Senior Professor at UPES Dehradun, and a few other institutes of management.

His burning desire to improve management practices in industry led him to work directly with large companies by training their engineers and management personnel at all levels in Leadership, Project Management, Cost and Finance Management, Risk Management, Contract Management etc. He set up and headed learning academies in companies such as Lanco Infratech, and Tata Projects. He has conducted hundreds of trainings in the topics mentioned above in various other companies as well.

He is a staunch believer in lifelong learning and remains relevant even today by continually upgrading himself. He has productively used the Covid pandemic lockdown in 2020 to acquire new certifications in executive coaching, project management and other such knowledge areas.
