Natasha, a native of the Republic of Moldova is currently a Learning & Development Manager for Indeed.com, an EMCC-accredited coach, ICF member and a lifelong learner, living with her family in Ireland.

She has a Degree in “Psychology, Pedagogy (the art of teaching) and Social Assistance Sciences” , an Advance Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching, which gives her insights into how to effectively communicate, lead, understand and support people.

Natasha has trained and educated thousands of people internationally from various backgrounds in multiple languages, by being involved in local or international projects and initiatives.

She has personally founded and started several businesses in various industries in the past, with innovation and a solution-focused mindset being at the core of how she operates.

Her motivation is in helping people grow & reach their full potential through her two passions – Learning & Development and Coaching, fueled by her two top values growth and helping.
