Biography of Maria Tedim
Dr Maria is a Lifestyle Performance Coach. Her purpose is to empower people to become the best version of themselves. By coaching and educating individuals about how to achieve optimal health and longevity through the use of lifestyle and preventive medicine. After 10+ years in the medical and pharmaceutical field, she realized that achieving health and vitality was never a subject that the medical community was ever taught about. Her career shifted greatly when she consistently witnessesed what the power of simple lifestyle choices can do to someone’s life and genetics. Not only can it prevent diseases but it can also reverse the progression of many chronic diseases, such as diabetes type II and heart disease. Her life goal is to help eliminate chronic diseases, and improve people’s quality of life while focusing on creating vitality and effortless performance. Larise is passionate about every facet of personal development and human potential, comitted to helping people connect with their deeper selves, fulfill their calling, and be the best version of themselves. In pursuit of these goals, Larise is currently completing her accreditation as a Professional Life and Executive & Team Coach with Noble Manhattan UK.
Her mission is to help women who struggle with weight loss and help them build their self-esteem and develop their full potential. She believes people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. Moreover, she wants to contribute to her community and to the world by helping individuals develop their full potential and tap into their own mission and purpose.
She graduated from Hippocrates Institute as an Organic, Living Food, Plant-Based Nutrition & Hippocrates Lifestyle Medicine Coach and also holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Concordia University in Montreal.
A sixteen-year veteran in the financial service industry, Larise has extensive experience in marketing, business development and operations with a focus on helping college students with financial solutions and has guided several classes of students in planning and building their financial future. Additionally, she wants to help businesses with programs that increase both productivity as well as happiness at work.
When not helping individuals develop their full potential or helping students build a good financial foundation for their future, Larise enjoys travelling, fitness, yoga, and other activities with her family.

Nayo Gariepy is a Career and Transition Advisor for McGill’s School of Continuing Studies who succeeded to leverage his extensive management experience in the construction, sales and retail industry, reputed for showing businesses their true colors.
Devoted to increase collaboration between French and English professionals and organizations while increasing the inclusion of minorities. He has a natural affinity for people, their professional and personal development, and he’s always searching for new ways to connect students with the right opportunities.
Combining his bachelor’s degree in business administration from UQAM with CACEE’s Career Educator certification program, he’s equipped to support students achieve their objectives and eager to learn more about how coaching can elevate the quality and value of his services for job seekers. Enjoying the unknown because of the potential it offers and knowing that he can positively impact lives drives him on a daily basis.

Passionate about human behaviour and mental health, Dasha is a Neuroscience masters candidate, researching about the fundamentals of pain as well as the effects of medical cannabis on mental health. She applies her academic knowledge to empower the local entrepreneurs & businesses that she work with.
Portrait photography also plays a big role in her life, as she aim to create a safe space for her clients leaving them with a memorable experience.

Biography of Abeer Amayri
Abeer is an Industrial Engineering Ph.D. candidate, author & researcher in the areas of planning, scheduling, and analysis. Supported over 3000+ students in reaching their goals both inside and outside the classroom as a Teaching Assistant and Student Leader. She is passionate about continuous improvement & learning, optimizing & putting resources together from end to end by taking ownership to hit goals with enjoyment and healthy stress. Therefore, you will see a special notebook on her desk for storing spontaneous information, it is her productivity and management technique to capitalize small resources and increase productivity and creativity. This notebook holds notes, inspirations, ideas, or things to remember so they will not escape her mind later on. She likes getting involved in mental organizing by working with a scheduler or calendar and databases that requires the keen focus of an organized mind. Recognized for outstanding communication skills through multiple Toastmasters International awards. Toastmasters is where she finds out that she is a natural-born storyteller and starts her leadership journey which pushes her to start writing a short story blog. In 2013, one of her articles was among the top 10 articles in Project Pen Middle East! But how does industrial engineering relate to coaching?
