RITA BABALOLA holds a BSc in Chemical Sciences and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Lagos State University. She is a member of both the Nigeria Institute of Training & Development (NITAD) and CIPM (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management).
In the last 6 years, she has been a Cherie Blaire Mentor (a foundation set up by the wife of former British Prime minister to help female entrepreneurs launch, manage, and grow their business within the first six years of starting their business).
Her over two decade experience spans banking, oil & gas and consulting among others.
Chief among this is her over 14 years sojourn in GTBank, where she was involved in credit packaging for clients, identifying new market development, managing investment portfolios of clients’, trade financing evaluations for both importers and exporters. Her role also involved assessing the financial and operational performance of organizations to determine their credit worthiness and make presentation to management for approvals.
Rita is playing a pivotal role in steering the career trajectories of numerous individuals, contributing to the successful realization of their professional aspirations. Her impact extends beyond individual career journeys, as she has been instrumental in supporting organizations in identifying and acquiring top-tier talents.
Complementing her wealth of experience, Rita holds a certificate of participation in life coaching from the esteemed Coaching Academy, UK. As a testament to her dedication to professional excellence, she co-founded Beacongate, a distinguished management & HR consulting firm where she continues to lead with a commitment to fostering organizational growth and individual development.
