For the past 8 years I’ve been holding a managerial position (Senior Sales Manager) in a multinational pharmaceutical company (AstraZeneca) where I used to manage and coach district teams to meet & exceed established sales forecasts and implement tactical action plan, analyze sales statistics and data to develop continuous improvement strategies and take steps to employ new strategies and communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved quickly and successfully.

During my years in corporate business and besides my managerial position in sales i used to deliver different workshops to employees to boost their performance and sharpen their skills as: Leadership Selling Skills, Time Management, Performance Development, Inclusion & Diversity, and other diverse topics.
